Tyler and Sharee are both from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. They met at a small Christian highschool and were married a year and a half after graduation. Tyler has always been interested in mechanics and especially how those skills could be used to serve the Kingdom. He has an Associate’s Degree from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in Electro-Mechanical technology. Serving as a mechanic in missionary aviation seemed like a perfect integration of those two passions. 

     Sharee had the opportunity to go on several short term overseas missions trips throughout highschool and always considered serving in a cross-cultural context someday. Becoming an airplane mechanic was not on her radar until they visited MMS and Sharee really enjoyed working in the hangar along with Tyler. They considered many benefits of Sharee also doing the apprenticeship and being able to serve together as a married couple in that way. Sharee has little mechanical background but plenty of aptitude and is eager to learn. Tyler and Sharee are excited to serve and learn together at MMS.
