Matt and Melanie Woods have both known Jesus since they were teenagers, and early in their relationships with Him, they developed a heart for missions. They met each other while fundraising for a mission trip to Southeast Asia. Matt has had an interest in aircraft from an early age, taking flying lessons at the age of twelve. When the Woods family learned there was an opportunity at MMS to combine their love of Jesus, their passion for reaching the unreached, and their love of aviation, they knew this was the Lord calling them.  They are raising support to be an apprentice family at MMS; they have 2 children, Monica and Isaac.
